Zelenskyy thanks partners for fulfilling agreements on air defense
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked foreign leaders for fulfilling agreements on the supply of Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.
"I want to thank our partners for fulfilling the agreements on air defense. We set ourselves the task of doubling the strength of our air shield, and today is the beginning of this," the President said in an evening video message.
In particular, the head of state thanked Germany for the Patriot, which is already in Ukraine. "Heavy-hitting news," he said.
Also, according to Zelenskyy, there is "another great piece news: thank you to the United States for taking another step to strengthen our air defense, our Patriots. We are working further, and there will definitely be new solutions."
"The Ukrainians have already proved that there are no Russian missiles that we could not shoot down. And we are doing our best to make sure that Russian terror loses," he concluded.
