Ukrenergo, due to a significant power shortage due to Russian attacks, will not measure the actual level of electricity consumption in each region, previously announced from July 9 to 24.

"Tomorrow, July 9, restrictions will be in effect for 24 hours for all regions of Ukraine," the company said in a Facebook post.
