June 28: Emotional Support Charity Festival with Pets at Respublika Park Mall

On June 28, the second emotional support festival "Life Will Overcome Everything" will take place at Respublika Park shopping center. This unique project was created last year through the efforts of volunteers from the NGO "Future Genome," IRC "Base 4.5.0," and event agency "Holy Sweets" to help veterans, their families, and anyone interested in learning about alternative methods of emotional recovery.

Now, when stress and anxiety have become constant companions, it's especially important to create spaces where people can restore their inner balance and find support. The festival aims to become exactly such a place, organizers note.

The event will be held at the outdoor location of Respublika Park Mall (entrance 4) from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The program will include expert lectures, workshops, art therapy, garden therapy, meditative practices, and innovative approaches to mental health. Special attention will be given to canine therapy—a rehabilitation method using specially trained dogs that will be beneficial for veterans and children with special needs.

The festival will also feature fun Corgi races organized by the Holy Doggy team to draw Ukrainians' attention to the importance of human-animal interaction.

"Veterans often face feelings of isolation and loss of interest in social interaction. We strive to help them integrate into peaceful life, as physical return doesn't always mean psychological recovery," says Kateryna Shershnova, founder of the Holy Doggy project and deputy head of IRC "Base 4.5.0."

The festival has an important charitable goal—raising funds for TYTANOVI implants for veterans and GLOBUS devices for the "Future Genome" NGO, which are necessary for physical rehabilitation of those affected by combat actions.

"Respublika Park Mall is always open to initiatives that have social impact. We're happy to be part of a project that creates a space for support and emotional recovery," comments Yulia Shchasliva, CEO of Respublika Park Mall.

The evening portion of the event will begin with a charity auction and conclude with a musical concert featuring Ukrainian artists. We invite everyone to join this event, which will be an important step toward raising awareness about mental health and supporting those who need it most.
