Nova Group of Companies plans to grow 4 times in five years due to global expansion – founder
Nova Group of Companies, which includes the leader of express delivery Nova Poshta and the financial service NovaPay, plans to grow 4 times in five years, said the group’s co-founder, Volodymyr Popereshniuk.
"We presented our vision for development over the next five years. We expect to continue expanding into the global market and plan to grow fourfold during this time," he wrote on Facebook.
"And we also set ourselves an ambitious goal to get into the top 20 largest postal and logistics companies in the world. Because right now we are only in the top 30," Popereshniuk emphasized.
He believes that a similar goal could be set for the entire country's economy, which currently ranks between 56th and 58th in the world.
"If we were to make it into the top 20, we would catch up with Poland!" the founder of Nova Poshta noted that he considers such a goal realistic.
He believes that providing economic freedom, in particular carrying out privatization, deregulation, and tax reduction, does not require ingenious decisions from the authorities; we just need to not interfere with business.
According to reports, Nova Poshta increased its consolidated net profit by 18.6% in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period last year, reaching UAH 1.765 billion. Its consolidated net income increased by 22% to UAH 29.829 billion.
The volume of delivered parcels and cargo increased by 7%, reaching 238 million, while the number of automated parcel lockers increased by over 4,000, reaching 28,326. Additionally, the network of Nova Poshta branches expanded by 708, reaching 13,985.
