Viktoriia Vasylchuk
Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, a specialist with many years of experience in law, public administration, and legal education.
Born on August 14, 1980, in the village of Rusaniv, Brovary district, Kyiv region. She received her legal education at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, where she obtained a Master of Law degree in 2001. In 2013, she defended her PhD dissertation and received a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree.
She headed Interregional Departments in the West and South-West of Ukraine, held key positions in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Justice, where she was responsible for internal audit, digitalization, public law, and also served as Acting State Secretary of the Ministry. In November 2024, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine.
