Responsible for the implementation of the gender component in all project activities - both at the national and municipal levels. Actively promotes the “No one left behind” principle in the strategic and practical planning of energy efficiency policies.
In 2008, she completed postgraduate studies and defended her dissertation at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, earning a PhD in Law. She has over 20 years of legal experience and is a specialist in regulatory drafting. Author of more than 20 academic publications in the fields of human rights protection and public administration.
She has extensive experience in developing and implementing social, gender, and human rights initiatives in cooperation with public authorities, international organizations, and civil society institutions.
