The Council for Business Support in Wartime under the President of Ukraine (the Council of Seven) will discuss issues related to bill No. 11416 on tax increases at a special meeting. The government plans to raise UAH 125 billion this year and UAH 341.9 billion next year through these tax hikes, said council member and monobank co-founder Oleh Gorokhovsky.

"Dialogue between entrepreneurs and the state is extremely important for jointly finding solutions that will help our economy become stronger during the war. We are glad that we are being heard and that we can convey the vision of entrepreneurs to the state leadership," he wrote on his Telegram channel on Monday.

According to him, there can be different perspectives, but a solution must be found through dialogue.

"We are not about 'betrayal'; we are about cooperation. It's important to clearly understand that we have a common goal – we need to preserve the economy, which must ensure the ability to fight," Gorokhovsky added.
