Kyiv's RayON shopping center to expand its tenant mix by optimizing supermarket's area

Arricano Group of Companies in Ukraine is optimizing the area of the Silpo supermarket in the RayON shopping center (Kyiv) and is preparing a number of new openings, the company's press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Arricano is working on improving the shopping center and expanding the pool of tenants, choosing brands that will advantageously diversify and complement it. Earlier, we announced the opening of the Ukrainian cuisine restaurant Puzata Khata in the fall of 2025, and recently signed a lease agreement with another fashion retailer with an area of over 1,000 sq m," said Olena Shvets, director of the retail space department.
Arricano clarified that before the reconception, Silpo occupied an area of 7,160 sq m, and after - 5,500 sq m. The new operator entered the area vacated by the supermarket. Puzata Khata will open on the second floor, in addition to the existing food court.
The company added that the new tenant will start work by the end of 2025, and the vacancy rate of the RayON shopping center will remain at 0%.
The Silpo press service reported that during the optimization, the supermarket will operate without changes: daily from 7:00 to 23:00. The update will be carried out according to the "supergraphics" concept (a style that was actively used in the design of the first microdistrict of Troyeschyna, where the RayON shopping center is located).
