Zelenska announces record attendance for this year's First Ladies Summit

The First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, hopes that this year's fifth summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen will be attended by a record number of first ladies and gentlemen, but due to security measures, it is not yet possible to name the countries that will be present.
"This year, I hope, there will be a record number of first ladies and gentlemen who will come to Kyiv. So far, we are not saying which countries these are, and we are not naming the exact number because we have to withstand these security measures and you understand that the security situation, unfortunately, changes every day," Zelenska said during a press conference on the fifth summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen on Monday.
She specified that seven First Ladies are expected to attend the event.
According to Zelenska, the summit will last two days, the first of which will begin with the presentation of a new study on the learning process, as well as a gala dedicated to teachers. "The second day will be devoted to thematic panels. We have three parts of the thematic summit," the First Lady said.
According to her, the first part is devoted to access to education. The second part is on information technologies and the third is on education that models peace.
As noted by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Oksen Lisovyi, a number of panels will work at the summit of the First Ladies and Gentlemen, in particular, one of the key ones will be the panel "Access to Education," which will include two discussions: "Education as a global marker of equality. Lessons for the future" and "Changing geopolitical conditions. Less support - more responsibility. Uncertainty of the future."
"These will not be theoretical conversations, but a search for specific solutions on how to ensure the child's right to education even in the most difficult conditions," he said.
