Poroshenko handed over 25 Ai-Petri complexes to the army

Petro Poroshenko, Member of Parliament of Ukraine and leader of the European Solidarity party, handed over a record batch of Ai-Petri technical reconnaissance countermeasure systems to the Armed Forces. In total, the military received 25 units of modern equipment designed to protect against enemy drones and guided aerial bombs.
"Twenty-five systems mean hundreds of kilometres of the front line protected from deadly iron falling from the sky," Poroshenko said in a Facebook post.
According to him, the new batch of equipment will be transferred to the military under a state order, which indicates official recognition of its combat effectiveness.
The Ai-Petri systems are already in use in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk and southern regions. According to Poroshenko, the project was launched just over a year ago with the ambitious goal of covering the entire line of combat engagement with PDTR systems. Currently, the systems cover a significant part of the front line, providing protection for Ukrainian troops.
Each complex includes the PDTR device itself, a pickup truck, a multi-band dome electronic warfare system, a charging station, and the necessary electronics.
"This is cybersecurity with unique properties, developed by our team of specialists – programmers and engineers. Today, there is nothing similar in either the Armed Forces of Ukraine or the enemy. And we have established serial production," the politician emphasised.
As previously reported, starting in the autumn of 2023, Poroshenko invested more than 200 million hryvnias in the development and production of unique systems to counter technical reconnaissance means, "Ai-Petri SV," which have been successfully tested and are already being used in the Armed Forces, covering a thousand kilometres of the line of contact. For a long time, the state did not allocate funding for this programme. In March 2025, Poroshenko announced a contract with the Ministry of Defence.
