Majority of Technodynamika subsidiaries operate sanction-free – GUR

More than half of the enterprises of the holding Technodynamika, which is part of the Russian state corporation Rostec, are still not under sanctions, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) has said.

"The War&Sanctions portal has published data on 145 enterprises that are part of or are under the management of the holding Technodynamika, the message says.

It is noted that the holding plays a key role in the production of artillery systems of barrel and rocket artillery, ammunition, gunpowder and explosives for military purposes.

The enterprises that are part of it are also engaged in the manufacture of unmanned aerial vehicles, launchers for long-range cruise missiles, armor plates, personal protective equipment. In addition, they develop simulators for military aviation, parachute systems and aircraft engines, perform repairs and extension of the service life of strategic bombers Tu-95MS and Tu-160.

In view of this, 86 of the 145 enterprises remain outside international sanctions. These are the following enterprises:

- JSC Federal Center of Dual Technologies Soyuz and JSC Plant named after Morozov - developers of engines and solid fuel for the Topol-M, Yars and Iskander complexes;

- JSC Leningrad Mechanical Plant named after Karl Liebknecht - manufacturer of armor-piercing and subcaliber shells for smoothbore guns of Russian tanks, in particular on the Armata platform;

- JSC Ufa Aggregate Production Association - manufacturer of components for the Kh-101 and Kh-59M2 / Kh-59M2A missiles;

- JSC B. L. Vannikov Machine-Building Plant Shtam - manufacturer of main parts for the Grad and Tornado-G MLRS rockets, aircraft bomb cases, the only manufacturer in the Russian Federation of cartridge belt links for artillery shots of 23 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm calibers.

"The information published today contains the identification data of the enterprises, their functions in the structure of the holding and Rostec in general, the scheme of relations and subordination, as well as data on the sanctions applied to them," the GUR noted.

The intelligence service added that the synchronization of sanction actions between partner countries will complicate supply chains, reduce the pace of weapons production, deprive Russia of technological autonomy and reduce its financial resources for waging war.

"The GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine continues to reveal the participants and structures of the Russian military-industrial complex. Using this data will allow responsible business to check its counterparties and refuse to cooperate with enterprises that provide Russian military aggression," the intelligence service emphasized.
