The ministry recalled that Fridman, Aven and Kosogov are Russian businessmen, founders and shareholders of companies that are part of the Alfa Group financial investment consortium.

Rissa Investments, according to the release, is a holding company whose subsidiaries produce and distribute mineral waters, in particular, in Ukraine, Russia and Georgia, and form the Borjomi group of companies.

As reported, in the fall of 2022, by a court decision, ARMA received corporate rights (in particular, the Myrhorod and Morshyn plants), industrial designs and trademarks of the IDS Ukraine group of enterprises for management. In April 2023, Carpathian Mineral Waters was elected as the manager of the Morshynska assets, however, the transfer of the asset into management has not yet occurred.
