URCS volunteers participate in elimination of consequences of Russian UAV attack on Chernihiv
Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) participated in the elimination of the consequences of the night attack by Russian UAVs on Chernihiv.
"The elimination of the consequences of the night drone attack continued in Chernihiv all night. The Ukrainian Red Cross Society rapid response team in Chernihiv region worked at the scene together with other rescue services of the city," the URCS reported on Facebook on Sunday.
The volunteers were on duty to provide first aid or psychological assistance to the victims.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the drone hit a five-story residential building, partially destroying two floors. A strike on the private sector was also recorded.
